Benefits of Membership

All members receive the DES Action VOICE newsletter four times a year. It is a "must read" for the DES community. DES Daughters can participate in our DES Daughters Online Support Group Listserv where we discuss issues of common interest via email. You are not alone!  Other services include having requests for doctor lists emailed rather than sent by regular mail.

How to Join or Renew

There are several easy ways to join. When you do, don't forget to check with your employer to see if MATCHING GIFTS are offered. If so, please consider signing up to make your contribution go twice as far!

• By Mail (Preferred)
  Fill out the donation form, print and mail it with your check to:
  DES Action, P.O. Box 7296, Jupiter, Florida USA 33468.
  When you donate/join by mail, DES Action USA can use 100% of your donation for our cause. Online donations require a portion of your contribution to pay for administration and credit card processing fees.
  
  
• Donate Online Now
  Go to Donate Online and make an online contribution. We will send new members a DES information packet.
  
  
• Donate through United Way
  If you would like to donate to DES Action USA via your local United Way, you need to write down "DES Action USA" under the Donor Option category.
